At FoneZone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchases. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FoneZone account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a unique RMA number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
